Shipping policy

At Kairose, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

All Kairose orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kairose offers shipping options at checkout based on your location and available shipping methods.

Your order is expected to arrive within the delivery timeframe associated with the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are expected to be delivered within 2-7 days of shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of Kairose's control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Kairose is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Kairose with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you.

If the carrier shows your package as delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery carrier. Kairose may assist with contacting the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.
