all orders are carefully handcrafted, packed, and prepared with care. please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high order volume periods.
once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. KAIROSE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
KAIROSE is not responsible for:
• shipping delays caused by carriers
• lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimani@kairosekare.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can assist you.
once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. however, we will always do our best to help customers with shipping concerns whenever possible.
