Refund policy

At Kairose, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, all skincare, body-care, and personal-care products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Facial soaps

  • Body soaps

  • Facial polish

  • Lip scrubs

  • Facial creams

  • Facial oils

  • Body butters

  • Body oils

  • African net sponges

  • Soap savers

  • Sisal soap sponges

  • Jade rollers and gua sha tools

  • Other personal-care accessories

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Kairose within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

WRONG ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to Kairose because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Kairose is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
