at KAIROSE, every product is handcrafted with care using natural ingredients. due to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.  

however, your satisfaction is important to us. if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kimani@kairosekare.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. we will review your request and work to make it right.  

refunds or replacements may be approved for:  

• damaged items during shipping  
• incorrect items received  
• missing items from your order  

approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.  

KAIROSE is not responsible for:  

• allergic reactions or skin sensitivities  
• delays caused by shipping carriers  
• incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout  

we highly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test before full use of any product.
